Start with goat's cheese tart, warm goat's cheese and red onion marmalade in a filo pastry case served with mixed salad leaves. For main course order roasted wood pigeon resting on creamed cabbage, peas and bacon with wilted baby gem lettuce and roasting jus. Cap the meal with a sticky toffee trifle, warm pieces of sticky toffee sponge with butterscotch sauce, layered with vanilla ice cream and finished with Chantilly cream.
