The Campanile Hotel located on Regent Road in Salford, in west Manchester, is part of a chain of elegant restaurants located all over Europe, that provide a comfortable stay in modern and spacious surroundings. The restaurant within the hotel caters to hotel guests as well as locals and serves a contemporary cuisine of modern British and Mediterranean fare in an informal and relaxed setting. With emphasis on using good quality and seasonal ingredients, the menu is changed frequently and there is something to suit every individual palate.

Guests at the restaurant can start their day with breakfast which can range from continental pastries to a full English breakfast or fresh fruit with tea, coffee and other beverages. The hotel chain recruited the acclaimed Chef Pierre Gagnaire to oversee the a la carte menu and his wonderful touch is discernible in dishes such as Pollock fillet in an olive oil, lemon, thyme and pink peppercorn marinade; salmon fillet with dill butter sauce and lamb shank cooked in a shallot jus.
