RBG restaurant, housed within the Park Inn in Manchester, is a spacious restaurant that sports bold, bright colours and a light, airy interior creating the perfect venue to relax with colleagues after work or join friends and family for a leisurely meal. The restaurant's heated terrace and beer garden is an excellent place for al fresco dining.

The menu offers a range of classic British and exotic international fare with starters including prawn cocktail with shredded lettuce, Marie Rose sauce and lemon, and warm Thai beef salad. This could be followed by house favourites such as glazed Cheshire pork belly with Bury black pudding, caramelised onion mash and gravy, and Lancashire hot pot. There's also a choice of gourmet burgers, all freshly made in house, including a lamb burger with mint yoghurt, tomato and pickle, or the Cajun with aged cheddar and spicy relish.

The drinks menu includes a cocktail list which includes the signature RBG woo woo, made with vodka, peach liqueur, cranberry and lime. There's also a range of draught and bottled beers, spirits, liqueurs and a carefully selected wine list.
